The process involved transitioning the old NAQA system into a more effective NGQA setup that encapsulated a sweeping round of necessary company wide documentation updates.

Final Deployment and Training
Successfully hitting all previous sprint deadlines and goals on time, we moved into a support oriented post production phase.
This meant offering on demand recommendations, site functionality updates, and staff training through a custom designed training manual for all essential administrative user functions like adding new content, node management, and moderating it within a team of editors.
